Land of Utopia.

We chase our dreams
like the wind chases leaves
on a late October.
Too many of us
still cheat and lust
as on friday night
it's getting harder to find
somebody sober.
I used to think about bridges
and how they connect shores to each other
See my pa' was an architect and I,
I always wanted to follow his steps
through fame and success.
So he designed a city -
a beautuful land of Utopia
with backyards and balconies,
belltowers, parks and streets
where wind chases leaves.

Have you ever been to Japan,
when cherrytrees blossom and sun
sets behind tops of mountains
That's what I call a place
to be in love with.
See my ma' was a poetess and I,
I always wanted to find words
as good as hers.
So she wrote a sonnet -
a beautiful land of chivalry
with castles and kingdoms,
princesses, knights and fields
where wind chases leaves.

Duu-duu-duu
Du-du-du-duu.

We chase our dreams
like the wind chases leaves
on a late October.
So many of us
still.. sleep and dream
without waking up.
We walk on our streets,
we fight for our queens
and win rarely more than a day or two
on some cold November.

Don't forget to see Japan
and the cherrytrees blossom
and the sun
behind mountainpeaks
and wind
chasing leaves.
